DO NOT USE - THIS IS HOW HE WAS AND WILL BE MO MATTER YOUR CASE I would strongly advise anyone considering this lawyer to look elsewhere. My experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional from the start back in August 2025 and this is still on going. Once my hearing was done, all commu...nication completely stopped. Calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and I was left with zero updates on my case. It felt like I was completely abandoned after paying for his services. It got to the point where I had to physically go to his office—twice—standing outside in the cold, knocking on the door just to try and get a response. The only time I was able to get him to finally schedule a meeting was after I threatened further action through messages. No client should ever have to go to those lengths just to be heard. On top of that, he refused to issue any kind of refund despite the lack of service and communication. The overall experience made it very clear that professionalism, accountability, and client care are not priorities here. I knew once the hearing took place that I pretty much was going to lose, this lawyer uses the dumbest analogies, there are many I could list for example he would say to the judge; just because my client is holding a wet umbrella doesn't mean he was outside in the rain he could have been in the shower with the umbrella. There are so much more I JUST DON'T REMEMBER THEM BECAUSE OF HOW LONG THIS IS DRAGGING OUT. I have yet to hear from him for months. Also my friend who used him the same time as me for the same reason that we were involved in had his case take a little longer to get a hearing scheduled so after my experience took place he asked for his money back and Jonathan said no. KEEP IN MIND THE HEARING WASN'T EVEN SCHEDULED, HE LITERALLY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING AND KEPT $5,000. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I highly recommend choosing a different lawyer. Lack of communication, poor service, and difficulty getting any response are major red flags—don’t ignore them. Below is my reply to Jonathan's reply to my first review on Google. Jonathan stated he stopped communication with me after I started threatening him which I didn't start threatening him until the day I left the review. I started the process with him and had a hearing with him back in December. He is a lair, he has not communicated with me since the day I walked out of the hearing. And if you call me saying that "if you don't reply to me I am going to sue you" a threat, then sure. Other than that I have never threatened him i've always been good to him. Documents of results of my hearing were sent over and dated just a few days after my hearing to Jonathan he literally stopped all communication for a month until I had to take time out of my busy schedule to go to his office and knock. He then provides me the documents and stated he just got them yesterday even though the documents were dated a couple days after the hearing. Had I not come to his office, I'm not sure when would I have ever received these documents. AGAIN DON'T NOT TRUST THIS LAIR. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU ARE BETTER OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE

Hired this lawyer for my husband he did not even go see him in jail did not even attempt to talk to him on the phone. Very poor communication skills after you pay him. My husband was just rolling with the punches at court not knowing his attorney was telling the court he was going to plead guilty wit...hout even discussing anything with my husband. We then retained a different attorney after that court hearing.

I literally met with him, he took my money, and that was the last conversation we had until the day before my hearing. I called and called. I texted and texted. He had the gall to get angry and confront me rudely about my persistence. Needless to say I did not have a good outcome and was jailed. ...He turned in a poorly written, error-Laiden memo the day before my hearing. Judge hadn’t read it. DO NOT HIRE. I’m warning you.....

Absolute worst lawyer ever! His prices are about $500 above average ( not including trial cost). If you try to ask him anything about your case or any information he is extremely short and gives you promises that he has no idea if he can keep . After paying him $2,000 and the court case approaching I... decided based off how he presents himself in the court room that no matter the cost I would get a new lawyer!! So I fired Johnathan and got a new lawyer. Next thing I know I AM BEING told by Johnathan Jones that he would tell the Judge on me and good luck with my case. Which I do admit i could have used better wording than scumbag. But to threaten to tell the judge on you after hes been paid $2,000 for nothing is exactly the reason he was FIRED!!! BEWARE there are many great lawyers that do not use "commercial" marketing with high prices and out of line service!! Oh and by the way CASE DISMISSED W/ NEW LAWYER!!!!
