I have been a member of the Federal Defenders panel for almost all of my professional career and handle at least 4 or 5 federal criminal defense cases at all times. I also handle criminal defense matters in all state courts. For more than 25 years I represented a major mall and handled their landlord-tenant litigation. Representation of both buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate. I have lectured for the Michigan Institute of Continuing Legal Education on lease issues, bankruptcy, and debtor/creditor law. I have represented real estate developers throughout the process of acquiring, leasing and managing property. My professional goal is to provide excellent representation to my clients.
