Michael P. Dean

Over 25 Years of Legal Experience in Michigan Michael Dean has been an attorney, counselor and businessman in Southeast Oakland County since 1981. Attorney Michael Dean graduated from Albion College, cum laude, with a degree in Economics and Professional Management. Michael Dean worked in the family business while attending the University of Detroit Law School. Upon graduation, and passing the State Bar Exam, Attorney Dean opened his practice in Royal Oak, Michigan. Shortly thereafter he purchased Superior Fish of Royal Oak (along with his brothers). Over the next twenty-five years his law practice primarily dealt with contracts, business development and probate matters. Michael Dean has maintained his law license in good standing and has kept himself abreast on the changes in the law. Counselor Dean is an active member of the Oakland County Bar Association where he has served  as the Chairman of the Juvenile Law Committee. Attorney Dean also is an active member of the Oakland County Bar association's Probate and Criminal committees.  Michael Dean is also a member of the Wayne County and Macomb County Probate Bar Associations, Incorporated Society of Irish American Lawyers and the Polish American Lawyers Society. In addition to advising and counseling entrepreneurs, Dean Law handles matters in the Probate Court: guardianships and conservatorships, wills, trusts and estates administration; Family Court: divorce, custody and friend of the court hearings; Juvenile and Criminal defense. Michael Dean makes house calls and has flexible evening hours.
