I had a wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment case. We tried to have my case in the Federal Court. But my case was given to one of the races judges in the federal court purposely. Because he refused to hear any cases of discrimination from black people and threatened to throw my case ou...t. This forced us to deal with the County Courts. My ex-employers, who throw my case out. Which is a Conflict of Interest!!! He dump my case after that. About half way into my case he told me he was leaving the firm. And he was just trying to get me to settle for anything. So he could move on to his new firm. After selling me out. He call me and told me that my ex-employer want to offer me a settlement to sign off on the case. I refused the offer, hoping one day they'll be exposed for conflict of interest. And justice be served.
