Ian Redmond

Like many of my clients, I am a small business owner. I understand the challenges, pitfalls, and joys of being the owner of a business.  I have over 12 years of experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy and criminal law, as well as real estate matters, e.g.  foreclosures, landlord/tenant. I am adept at identifying solutions for client issues and negotiating resolutions with problem solving and communication skills. On many occasions, I have been able to better position clients to achieve desired results through dispute resolution techniques, whether by settlement, motion practice or trial.

I am an Eagle Scout and enjoy helping charitable organizations.  I also enjoy spending free time with my family and friends.
