I was referred to Goldner & Deeg thru a friend during a life changing time in my life. I followed up with a appointment thus meeting David Deeg my future lawyer never needing one before in my 54 years “ thank god”. Dave meet with me three times prior to me hiring him to represent me during my divorce... unheard of in most businesses! Dave walked me thru all the steps that may or may not come up during my divorce. I believe the entire process lasted a little over 6 months. I’m not one to mix words and Dave’s “ give a s—- attitude” set him apart in my book. Numerous phone calls at all hours a ton of paperwork were all handled professionally and honestly with Dave giving me both sides of the coin at times. By the end of the process I truly realized I had one hell of a fighter watching my back. I can’t truly say enough about David and Celina one of the paralegal staff members. David was very professional, knowledgeable yet compassionate through out the entire divorce process. He was available at any time to talk about my case which was not an easy one . He was open and honest about all potential scenarios which allowed me to prepare and plan for any outcomes but he always ...allowed me to make the final decisions on what I felt was best for me and he supported that. David was very timely with all set deadlines and ensured I was always informed. He certainly made a very difficult life altering event manageable and we worked very hard to keep my best interest in the forefront. In the end, the outcomes were very good for me and I thank David for all of his hard work and diligence in my case. I would recommend him to anyone.

Getting divorced and having to hire an attorney is the worst nightmare for someone that is married. Do yourself and favor and go see David. I checked out a few places and no one was as nice and knowledgeable as David. The best part is HE’S the one you actually meet with and is the one representing... you. Unlike others that have assistance meet you or talk to you as if you are not worth their time unless you pay them 1st David is the one that gets to know you and your case. When you hire David you get David and that’s a huge upside to the others out there. His supporting staff is there to help and you know they are all on the same page. I hope to never need him again but If I did I would go back to him in a heartbeat.

Right from the first day I entered David's office I knew I was hiring more attorney than I needed but who can be sure? I knew my wife was a different person than I married but I had no idea just how or even why and this scared me. I was worried I might loss everything but more over my daughter. I kno...w the laws are against a father even today, I worried being we are a no fault state that the court would not care why I was filing and therefor side with my ex-wife by default. To a point I was wrong, the court does listen to what the status quo is and wants as little change in the child's life as possible. With all this said, David listened and was a friend. He understands the mental and in my case physical hardships. I have No reservations about recommending David, his staff are professionals who care about you and all will be happy to answer any questions you have even on the weekend. They understand divorce is devastating and the pain does not end when the workday is over, David even gave me his personal cellphone number for questions or even a shoulder to cry on. I wanted a hardworking, straight forward, morally driven, friend who will tell you the truth even if you don't want to hear it and that is what I got. I never once felt I was not protected even when I realized my ex hired a great attorney from a law firm known for being hard to beat. I feel the outcome was appropriate and one I could live with. I have my daughter, I have child support, and I have the knowledge I got everything I could. I feel I left Nothing on the table but I also can sleep at night knowing everything was done aboveboard. Finally, I was always aware of any changes to my account. Explaining finances is always free of charge, I could even go in and sit down and review the bill line-by-line if needed. His receptionist / paralegal / counselor / salt of earth / assistant who handles all appointments, when she tells you she will have an answer for you by the end of the day, you can count on her. If you are being pushed around by a soon-to-be ex, You Need David on You're Team! I wish nothing but the best for David and his well placed staff.

David and his team were wonderful to work with. They were always there to answer my questions and always listened to my concerns. I never felt pressured into making decisions I wasn't comfortable with, and always felt they were looking out for my best interests. They never treated the other party as ...the enemy and were extremely respectful in all aspects of my case. David and his team have excellent communication, they are personable, and made the entire process go as smoothly as possible. I can't recommend these guys enough and am thankful I chose them to work with me during this difficult time.
