David R. Haugan

Mr. Haugan did an exceptional job with my developmentally disabled grandson, who was placed with us. This was for a change in guardianship. Before each court review, he took the time to come and see my grandson before the court date, looked over any new reports and was very clear and concise when i...t came to answering questions by the judge involving this case. My grandson is Autistic, and sometimes not very social, but with Mr. Haugan, he felt at ease and was able to answer his questions. Mr. Haugan represented my grandson at 3 hearings, with good outcomes at each. He is very precise, does not need extraneous information to form a good defense. He was court appointed, and we could not have been more pleased with him! We would retain him privately. Thank You, Mr. Haugan!

A real hack. I can't believe this guy passed the bar. I saw him 3 times in court and ( I swear this is true) every time he would ask me if I was his client. He did absolutely no research of any kind. He just wanted me to plead guilty. When I told him there was no way I was going to take a year for c...ocaine residue on a spoon he looked at me and said " Is that what they caught you with? " It was surreal!! The most incompetent person I've seen in any profession. The real nightmare was he was court appointed and I couldn't fire this guy!
