I have been fortunate to specialize in serious injury and death litigation my entire career. It is a rewarding experience, because litigation can change our clients' lives for the better. We see firstand the manner in which insurance companies wrongfully deny benefits, and it is a righteous cause to balance the playing field by forcing the insurance companies to pay the moneys they owe.
