Juvenile Expungement: I already hired a local attorney. However, for safe measure, called a few more looking for reassurance. Once i contacted Attorney Paul Bogos, i knew for a fact that i was hiring him. I had a very complicated juvenile record and even with the Clean Slate Act in place, i was s...till ineligable for expungement. According to the State AND local prosecuter, i had too many convictions and did not meet the requirements. To top it off, we were up against a hardcore judge. Unlike other lawyers who were only interested in money, Paul consulted me about my situation first and told me about the appropriate approach before paying him anything.
