I don’t know how, but Attorney Bogos pulled this one off! I had a difficult, unusual case involving my 16 year old and a car accident, where it was ultimately determined he was at fault. Many factors were involved and it wasn’t just a case of my son versus the citation issuer. It was my son versus ...the township! He represented my son during two hearings with the township’s prosecuting attorney. We never had to do anything but answer questions and allow him to do his job, which he did impeccably. My son has life goals that involve a clean driving record, so this goes well beyond a 4 point/7 year record citation. It would’ve had “life goal” repercussions. Attorney Bogos managed to get his accident reduced to a double parking violation and no points! We are forever appreciative for his hard work and tenacity for such a difficult case.

We had a issue a while back with my teenage daughter and her friends in a small finder bender. He helped us through it with some great advice, when we didn't even have him on retainer. So several months later when she was involved in a very serious accident, he was the first person I called. ...He got her charges thrown out and reduced down to a no points parking ticket. We may be using him further for some related issues to my daughter's accident. All in all, Mr. Bogos is great. I would recommend him to all my friends, family, or anyone in legal need.
