Elizabeth M. Vincent

Elizabeth is the owner and managing attorney of Vincent Law Office, PLLC located in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Her practice focuses on estate planning, business planning, elder law, special needs planning, and probate.
Elizabeth is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners (ASNP), Elder Law Answers(ELA), and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). She is a former council member for the Elder Law and Disability Rights section of the State Bar of Michigan. She is also a member of the following sections of the State Bar of Michigan: Probate and Estate Planning, and Business Law.
Elizabeth began her legal career focusing on estate planning with a focus on wealth planning. She opened her own firm in 2022 to focus her practice on providing flat fee estate planning services to her local community. Elizabeth additionally approaces the practice of law with a unique perspective regarding disability planning. In July 2014, Elizabeth was in a traumatic accident that resulted in her hospitalization for almost a month due to her breaking a number of bones leaving her temporarily wheelchair bound. She has first-hand experience as a patient in a rehabilitation facility, which she uses to relate to her clients and help her empathize with their caregivers.
Elizabeth graduated with Honors from Oakland University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology.  Elizabeth then graduated Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she obtained her Juris Doctorate. She currently lives in Sterling Heights with her husband and her daughter.
