Kenneth D. Vernier

I can go on and on about Kenneth Vernier. Just when I thought my life was over and I was going to do life in prison, the pandemic started. My court-appointed lawyer dropped my case for medical reasons and I was appointed to Ken. I wasn't offered any plea agreements up until I was finally dressed for ...trial. The deal wasn't good enough. They even offered time served. We went and had a 3-day trial. The verdict came back so fast, I thought I was for sure going to prison. That wasn't going to be an option with Ken. He is very strategic and the jury was convinced. I was facing felony charges. All charges were dropped and I was given a misdemeanor with time served.
