Gary R. Sanfield

I was sentenced to probation for 2 years on a serious misdemeanor. My case was challenging because "No Early Release" was stated in the sentencing agreement AND the Macomb County district court that I was in is notoriously strict on allowing probation to be terminated early. Mr. Sanfield did...n't sugarcoat my situation but was confident that I still had a good chance since I had no violations, maintained my full-time job, and had all court fees paid. The result that Mr. Sanfield executed was no short of amazing. I was released from probation less than a month from the time he filed the motion! Gary is a people person who truly cares about his clients and community beyond being smart, charismatic, and sophisticated in Michigan Law. His secretary Erin is great and friendly too. I highly recommend Mr. Sanfield to anybody who's in need of assitance in a criminal matter. Thank you Gary!!!
