My experience in the legal system has allowed me to develop relationships throughout the entire criminal justice structure. These relationships give me the ability to provide a unique perspective to my clients. I am able to navigate the criminal justice system effectively which aids in giving my clients the best possible representation. I have a deep understanding of the social and legal aspects surrounding criminal law which stems from a history of work in the system I provide family law and criminal defense representation to people in the Macomb, Oakland, Lapeer, St. Clair, Wayne and Genesee counties.

Gets the job done!

Speeding Ticket
I got a speeding ticket and hired Denise Hirschmann to represent me so I wouldn’t have the ticket on my record and cause my insurance to go up. She wad able to get the points removed and I only had to pay the ticket, which saved me thousands of dollars in insurance.

Traffic and beyond...
Denise has helped myself and several family members over tge years with mostly traffic types of violations. She was able to get tickets taken under advisement where after a period no points would be added. I would not hesitate to ask her advice on any legal matters I came up against.
