My experience in the legal system has allowed me to develop relationships throughout the entire criminal justice structure. These relationships give me the ability to provide a unique perspective to my clients. I am able to navigate the criminal justice system effectively which aids in giving my clients the best possible representation. I have a deep understanding of the social and legal aspects surrounding criminal law which stems from a history of work in the system I provide family law and criminal defense representation to people in the Macomb, Oakland, Lapeer, St. Clair, Wayne and Genesee counties.

DUI
Denise was a God send when I got arrested for DUI. She was able to get the charge reduced as well as a reduced probation period. She was able to counsel me on how to navigate the probation process and I completed it successfully.

Denise was very helpful in explaining and guiding me through my sentencing after being arrested for DUI. She helped reduce the sentence and represented me without outside judgment or prejudice clouding her work. If I’m ever in another legal bind I will for sure call Denise for help.

careless driving
Denise said she could least get the ticket pleaded down. Cop's report full of lies and it seemed like she wanted to side with the cop. I must have heard this lady tell everyone who could overhear her" my husband is a Roseville cop"....who cares! Thanks for nothing! My best advice is to find an attorn...
