Garton represented me in family court and his demeanor was unpleasant. Furthermore, he did not listen to my needs and he didn't do anything that I couldn't have done on my own. After this experience, I believe the minimal services he did on my behalf were not nearly close to what he charged me. I wou...ld not recommend him as he didn't do his job and also didn't file responses on time.

Arthur is a very nice attorney, He helped me with a case that could have gone to trial and we probably would have won. But we settled because I chose to settle due to the costs of trial. Not because he said I should make a decision because that's what he wanted or anything along those lines. Ever...y step was always explained with options. He went over the finances in detail and was informative regarding the process. Although we had a great case.... he did not pressure me and he was understanding to my decision. He got me a great settlement where the misdemeanor for retail fraud will be off my record in 1 year with non reporting probation. There was one 6hour class I had to take and that was it. He did what he said he would do and didn't nickle and dime me and there was no "surprise" bill in the mail after it was all said and done like I have experienced in the past with lawyers. He is straight forward and will not leave you in the dark. If you leave a message at his office he does return the call and that is important to me. He is very professional and also has a good sense of humor. The most positive part about hiring Arthur was the fact that I knew he purely believed in me. He never doubted me or my situation for a minute. He is unlike any other attorney I have ever had and I am grateful to know if I were to ever need an lawyer in the future I know who I will call.
