Timothy G. Wegmeyer

After already spending over $200,000 on a highly contentious divorce, I hired Mr. Wegmeyer on the advice of one of my other attorneys (14 have been involved in 2 countries). He then persistently refused to reply to any of my emails, texts, or phone calls, sent offers to opposing counsel without telli...ng me, offering terms that I had expressly rejected to him. For more than a month, he ignored my repeated requests to ask opposing for health information about one of my minor children after opposing counsel mentioned in a motion that one had a serious health condition - notwithstanding the defendant having a long history of ignoring my children's health needs and multiple CPS and police reports of her abuse. He refused to ask the judge to find the Defendant in contempt of a parenting order after her refusal to permit any contact with my children for 5 months. Why? He said he had to think of his career before this judge and that the judge "liked" opposing counsel. Disgraceful!
