Sathab Abbo Ousachi

Sathab is a well respected immigration attorney, with extensive practice in the following areas: business immigration, family immigration, lawful permanent residence ("green card"), asylum, removal and inadmissibility (deportation"), naturalization/citizenship, and more. She is an active member of the Michigan chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and a number of other organizations.

Sathab is a native of Iraq, and remains active in the Chaldean community and its advocacy initiatives. She devotes significant pro bono hours to refugee clients and their related immigration matters. She immigrated to the U.S. as a child, and is fluent in both Arabic and Chaldean. Sathab is passionate about immigration law and in addressing the individual needs of her clients. She exercises integrity, professionalism and commitment in every case.

Sathab enjoys participating in forums, initiatives, and roundtable discussions with non-profit organizations, immigration advocacy groups, and various departments of the U.S. government. She enjoys reading, gourmet cooking, baking, art & culture, yoga, board games, outdoor activities, entertaining, and cake design. Sathab is a mother of 2, and an active member of their parent associations.
