Lisa Welton was instrumental in me winning my disability determination case. I honestly believe that without her willingness to go to bat on my behalf, I would not have been successful in winning my case, as I believe is borne out by the first two applications being denied and it wasn't until she aid...ed me in presenting my case before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ), that I received a favorable determination - which the ALJ commented at the beginning of my hearing that he already had a strong feeling as to the conclusion he expected to reach on my case. He mentioned a couple of times that he had reviewed the "1200 pages" of my medical history from the last five years and was relatively sure of the outcome. I was told to expect the hearing itself would last somewhere around 30 to 45 minutes and it went almost two full hours, at the end of which he stated in concluding the hearing that he felt my attorney had done a good job of preparing me for it and helping me to present my case clearly and concisely for his understanding.

Lisa was hired to represent my daughter's social security disability appeal. My daughter has a long and complicated medical history. Lisa gladly took on the appeal. Lisa was very precise in everything she did. She was very professional and courteous and kept us informed of everything along the wa...y. I wish that my daughter's doctors were as good as Lisa!
