Lisa Welton is an excellent lawyer as it pertains to Social Security Benefits. I wish to remain anonymous, but I am a Sargent in the Military who was injured while serving on two tours in the recent Iraq War Conflict while in Active Duty in Combat. Ms. Welton was very persuasive without being argumentative and definitely knew her way around the courtroom and how to command it with a certain vigor and respect. 4) Knowledge: Ms. Welton knew how to explain the medical evidence and diagnostic test results and how they pertained the legal proof with regards to proofing one's Disabilities, so the Magistrate could easily understand the claimants medical deficiencies and how they impacted their day to day life. 5) Relationships: Everyone at the Social Security Administration seemed to know and respect Ms. Welton and what she had to say. 6) Follow Through: Lisa was very personal and patient, and explained the timeline of the Social Security Claim process almost to a "T" on what to expect moving both forward towards the formal hearing and post trial on timeline until benefits were received.
