Non negotiable
I inquired and applied for workers comp in 2007, and Atty. Appel scheduled hearings with my employers attorneys, and I was allowed to sit in on the hearings which pertained to me and the outcome of my case. I questioned as to why I was not allowed to attend the hearings on my behalf with no response...
