Ira S. Auslander

I just received a $100 bill from this attorney for a "consultation" after which I was told by phone that the "consultation" was free. Mr. Auslander's reason for billing me: "because the consultation took too long" and because he "didn't get the $500 retainer". Incidentally, he spent most of our meeti...ng time sharing stories about other clients in support of why he ultimately refused to take my case (i.e. no retainer).

linda is the worst person I have ever talked to on the phone. She called my phone 2.19.15 around 11:00 am telling me my payment wasn't in for February. I told her no that my records showed me being paid off she proceeded to yell scream at me and hung up on me. I have been paying for over a year I o...wed 1,200 since last March. She said I still owed 1400. Are you kidding me. She said we need the payment. I told her NO. She Phung up on me at least 4x's. Then Kim answered the phone had no clue what she was doing and their boss Ira wasn't in today. I don't know about you but this has been the most awful place I've ever been associated with. Looks like Linda should go back to the basics get you facts straight before you call anyone. Yes Linda you are human however talk to people the way you want to be talked to. You are rude, mean and just down right awful. What gives you the right to talk or treat anyone this way?
