Although an attorney since 2002, Eric recently committed to practicing exclusively Immigration Law In 2017 and joined Palmer Rey PLLC in 2018.
Licensed in Illinois, but based in the Ann Arbor / Detroit area now. Authorized to practice immigration law throughout the USA. Eric is available to assist you with removal defense and bond hearings in immigration court, asylum claims, refugee resettlement and adjustment of status, naturalization, and any affirmative applications with USCIS.
Eric graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois in 1987 with a Bachelor's Degree in Music & Technology, and from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1997. He previously worked at a community-based legal clinic in Evanston, representing minors who had been arrested and peitioned into Cook County Juvenile Court. Eric loved this work and did it until relocating to the Ann Arbor area in 2006. After not practicing law for awhile - events in 2016 and 2017 made Eric want to practice law again, with a specific focus on Immigration Law.
