Excellent Attorney Very Helpful Staff

I found Gary online just a shot in the dark. I left a message and he called me back. We spoke for a while and he helped me get SSD benefits. He was very helpful. After my benefits kicked in his staff helped me with Medicare selection. They are all very personable.

Help your clients every step of the way? NOT !

I had this attorney represent me in my disability case but he handed it off to his fellow rookie attorney and she helped get my case dismissed along with other people that she represented for him. They false advertise saying they help people every step of the way on their television commercials which... that wasn’t true. The lie detector test determined that was a lie. I got denied because they put a rookie on my case like other cases that they know will get denied. They could have appealed my denial to the appeals counsel, re-applied, or appealed it to the federal court which they didn’t do any of that. If they did then that would be helping every step of the way.

I'm sorry you did not have a positive experience with our law firm. Although we only accept cases that we feel have merit, we unfortunately do not win every case that we take to a hearing. We do make every effort to win every case. All of our hearing attorneys are well trained and exclusively handle only Social Security disability cases. We do handle cases through every step of the process from initial application through appeals to the Appeals Council. Please call our office at (248) 352-5700 so we may personally address your concerns.

Not this one

Mr. Bimberg is a senior partner at Levin Benjamin. I tried to express concerns of my case that was being handled by another attorney. All he could say was that the other attorney had years of service and that he could do no wrong. He would not address the fact that the other attorney was withholding ...information that may have changed the outcome of my case. I thought you were suppose to tell the truth the whole truth. Not here.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
