Brian Martin Ellison

Mr. Ellison I believe means well, but is not strong in his craft. He refuses to listen to his client. He told me multiple times that "I was overthinking" and to "LISTEN to him". Listening to him only worsened my case. He will not admit to wrong. He is easily fleeced by the opposition. I had to hire a...n attorney to clean up his mess. I requested him to submit motions on my behalf, which he said, "it's not time for that". After getting before the judge/referee; they wondered why aforementioned motions weren't entered. If something is as valuable to you as your child, DO NOT utilize Mr Ellison's services. The quickest action he did throughout my legal matter was sending me an invoice. Brian Ellison did not serve me well. He did not discuss my rights, nor ramifications of a consent order with me; essentially setting me up for failure. I opted into FOC for enforcement against my son's mom, and ended up worse with a lawyer than without one. The system can work for you, but you need a thoughtful, competent, patient, and thorough attorney. Mr. Ellison checks none of those boxes.
