I was left on my own
At first I think i had an ally in Brian, but after a disastrous day in court this afternoon I realized how I am truly on my own. Brian was unprepared, seemed uninterested and almost in cahoots with the other party. I was made an example of in front of the referre who appeared biased.

Unorganized, Unprepared, Unfocused
Mr. Ellison I believe means well, but is not strong in his craft. He refuses to listen to his client. He told me multiple times that "I was overthinking" and to "LISTEN to him".
