says she is a bankruptcy attorney but you might want to double check her credentials!

One of the worst , inexperienced, un-professional law firm lawyers of the infamous, Second Start. (aka) division of Ryke,& Thav,Southfield Law firm. The scam is to tell you what you want to hear to get you to pay the full amount of their law agreement contract then it goes all south & very bad from ...this point, when you find out the actual truth about what you she told is not exactly true according to the bankruptcy laws. You ask for a full money refund claiming you have been mis-lead and look to complain to a higher senior partner instead you get, her neo-napolean senior associate, who thinks he is above the law and refusing to help you in anyway and charges you for his time @ $250.00 hr to complain -what a piece of work there! Thank god, that we recorded the whole process on tape because now it's not, he said -she said, but have actual proof we were clearly lied too. We had to file with the Attorney Grievance Commission (AGC) with State Bar and BBB and many media news stations, and eventually file in Small Claims court with an attorney just to get back our deserved full refund money for her non-performed services rendered. So before you let your fingers do the walking thru the Yellow pages do your homework when picking a honest lawyer to hire. WARNING! Not Recommended to use this lawyer without any spy video/tape recorder during office visits!!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
