My practice is dedicated to achieving the best possible results by blending creative solutions, knowledge and experience of the law, direct and hands-on contact with clients and my relationships with the court, trustees and judges. Inexperienced lawyers who treat bankruptcy cases as nothing more than filling out a few forms can cause permanent damage to otherwise unsuspecting and honest debtors. I value and deliver quality over quantity and oversee my clients’ cases with the highest level of accuracy, integrity and professionalism.
An open and communicative working relationship with each client is the single most important factor in helping to get them out from underneath suffocating debt. At Ronald S Siegel, PC, you will always have direct contact with and direct access to me, and you will never--ever--be “passed on” to a paralegal or other support staff member.
