Morton L. Noveck

Morton Noveck received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan (’72) with a major in Economics, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Michigan in 1975. He was admitted to the Michigan State Bar in 1975.

In over thirty-five years of practice, Mr. Noveck has represented business and individual clients in a wide range of transactions, from entity formation and operation to acquisition and sale of businesses in excess of $100 million. In recent years he also has represented clients in the multi-housing industry, dealing with operating issues as well as the purchase and sale of multi-family properties.

Mr. Noveck has been actively involved in estate planning during his whole career, both in the structuring of estates to fulfill the client’s wishes and to minimize estate taxes, and in the administration of estates in probate court and with the Internal Revenue Service.
