I highly recommend working with Linda. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and very responsive. She went way above and beyond to answer my questions, stayed in constant contact, and seemed very confident as a lawyer. Although I didn't end up needing representation, she was the best to work w...ith and I would definitely hire her in the future if I ever need representation. I have no doubt that she would have represented me extremely well...and she would have been worth every penny. By the way, she was extremely reasonable in her estimated costs/fees. Thank you Linda!! I hired this lawyer, Linda Kowalczyk, in November of 2012. The case was really simple cut and dry. For 7 months she lied to me about status of the case. She kept asking me for things she should have collected upon me paying her. She never submitted the motion. I confronted her and fired her. I... have been waiting for my refund for 2.5 months.

I would not recommend this "So called" Lawyer to anyone. She will leave you hanging with no answers, will not show up to meetings, and is constantly either hurting her back, ankle, somach flu, so on and so on. I had to go to court for friend of the court without a lawyer because she hurt her back. Sh...e forgot my 'Divorce Papers" when we finally did get to court...... Had to wait two-three more weeks for finalization because she hurt her ankle AGAIN. Usually when you go to finalize a divorce you have the papers in hand.................. NOPE. She got her money and then didn't care about anything. Wouldn't return phone calls, only emails. And that wasn't very often. I would NOT recommend her for anyone.

I am not writing this review because I lost my case... the case is still pending. But, I have NEVER worked with someone who makes promises and NEVER and I do mean NEVER keeps them. Either she has something else going on in her life, to many client "GOD I HOPE NOT," or just does not care about anyth...ing. Pay the money and you think you are in good hands.. What a shame. This is why so many people cannot trust Attorneys. First lesson in law school... "LEARN HOW TO LIE!"
