Casey Ewing Zurawski

Casey Zurawski was recommended to me but I was extremely disappointed in her services. Prior to mediation she told me we needed to meet three separate times to prepare for an hour and a half each. We went over finances and all types of questions about custody. But when it was time for mediation, she ...provided absolutely no support and barely spoke during mediation proceedings. I was essentially on my own to try and defend my position with the mediator. Additionally, she told me that I had a great case and was likely to have the outcome I wanted. However, now that I have been through the entire process, I understand that I never had a chance of getting that outcome. She also put an order in place in my filling about equalizing lawyer costs, which ended up costing me $20,000 that I had to pay to my ex husband because she had me spending so much time meeting with her and his lawyer was able to defend him without nearly as much. I ended up having to find another lawyer in the middle of proceedings and lost a ton of money. I would avoid this lawyer.

One of the worst feelings is being in the middle of a lawsuit and feeling like your attorney is unresponsive. This is not what you feel when you have Casey working for you.
