I'm not sure you went to the same Gantz associates? We had a smooth and successful bankruptcy thanks to mr Gantz. You have to spend a little bit to get results. It's your negligence that puts your case in jeopardy, if you don't pay on time. Our friends referred this firm to us and mr Gantz saved thei...r home that was going into foreclosure. Josh was very informative and helpful. I would use them again and again!

I've sent hundreds of emails and called and left messages and still have not had anything returned. As of now it has been 6 months of constantly trying. I have spoken with the secretary 3 times and was promised he would call... trying to complete my obligations to bankruptcy trustee but have been wa...iting. Afraid I will be called to court for noncompliance because he refuses to contact me.

The whole experience with this firm was a nightmare. From the secretary who was eating on the phone when I called to the lawyer I was assigned who wrote Ill fitting clothes to court and also smelled like dirty laundry. The inattentiveness and attitude from the too on down to the slovenly receptionist... was laughable and was more than satisfied to lose the money I had already (ignorantly) paid and hire a new firm.

Kept me informed? Kept me informed of misinformation. His trustworthiness and responsiveness are reprehensible. I don't know whether he is knowledgeable, because you can't trust a word he says. He has has entire staff lie on the phone to you telling you what the are doing on your behalf (which th...ey are NOT). I've never written a bad review of anyone before on the internet. However, save your money and find another attorney elsewhere!
