Customer service was unproductive and unprecedented and very unprofessional.. Staff on the phone and in the office was rude and unfriendly.. Treated us as poor citizens that don't know how to manage money.. Though they offered to take our business they charged an outstanding rate that we weren't able... to go forward.. No services were done but the women in the office could be more respectful.. 2 stars
