Plea deal before lunch
As crooked as they come. This guy will not represent you properly. He will lose evidence to your case. He will do anything in his power to not go to trial or spend a minute on properly representing you. He works for the system not against the system. If you get him as a court appointed attorney your beyond screwed. Please try to find a way to pay for a attorney.

Worst Attorney Ever
Harris was appointed as my attorney in 1997 in Wayne County. I was 17 years old and rather than fight to prove my innocence, Harris told me to take a plea deal. I was young and ignorant to the laws, Harris took advantage of that. I took the "plea deal" and was told I would be home in 6 months. I was then sentenced to 2 1/2 to 15 years in prison. Harris failed to represent me and prove my innocence and I spent 13 years in prison for it. Lyle Harris is a name and face I will never forget.
