Brandon K. Fasse

Brandon Fasse grew up north of Detroit in Washington Township and is a lifelong resident of Metro Detroit. Brandon worked for two large law firms after law school. In 2016, he established Fasse Law to provide affordable legal services in diverse substantive areas.

Brandon takes a personal approach in his law practice. He gets to know each client and cares deeply about the client’s welfare beyond just the concern at hand. Through ongoing communication during the course of a matter, Brandon develops a close working relationship with every client. He addresses all of a client’s concerns and questions and carefully explains the legal details and process.

Clients value his honest, direct approach and the attentive care that he devotes to a matter. His personable manner puts clients at ease and provides the foundation for a relationship based on mutual trust and respect.

Brandon counsels and represents clients in a broad range of legal matters. He handles both transactions and litigation. His experience in both types of work is a benefit to every client.

Business law services for individuals and companies are part of his practice. His clients include start-ups and smaller businesses that do not need full-time legal counsel, but still require assistance from an experienced lawyer. Brandon helps those clients with concerns and issues arising in the business, including matters relating to day-to-day operations.

Within his business practice, Brandon has a special focus on providing legal counsel to health care businesses. He assists providers and medical professionals with purchasing practices, licensing, supplier arrangements, compliance, and other matters.

Brandon’s practice also includes representing clients in personal injury claims for harm caused by another person. His goal always is to recover the full compensation his client deserves. He handles all types of personal injury cases.

For individuals and families, Brandon assists with estate planning. His services include business succession planning, which is especially important to provide continuity for small and family businesses.

If a family loses a loved one, Brandon provides full support for the legally necessary probate and estate administration to settle the decedent’s estate. He shoulders as much of the burden as possible, to spare the family worry and stress and enable them to focus on their family instead of legal matters.

When he’s not working, Brandon spends his free time with his wife Madeline and their daughter Genevieve. Two Airedale Terriers, Ruby and Ralph, create a lively household at their home in Grosse Pointe Park. The family mostly enjoys just spending time together at home. They also like to spend time Up North and travel to new places.
