When people say they have a great lawyer and, someone they can recommend, there is a natural inclination to still feel uneasy. What do you mean by a "great lawyer" they ask me. A year probation, fines and a lowered charge. However, it would've stayed on my record and I wasn't going to stand for that. When I showed my desire to fight, I could have sworn I saw the fangs of a lion in his smile. So, we declined and pressed for trial. After a few more lack luster settlements, the day before trial, I got a phone call. They wanted to settle... I went to court and the results were in: Expired tabs, what I was ORIGINALLY pulled over for. I couldn't believe it, but Scott could. After the trial we kicked back at my house by the pool, had a barbecue and smoked some well deserved cigarettes. To me, Scott is MUCH MORE than just your run-of-the-mill paper work lawyer.
