I was recently falsely accused of child abuse in MI and CPS was recommending that my parental rights be terminated. Steve did a phenomenal job representing me for a DUI in the 48th District court in Bloomfield, MI. This court is well known as one of the strictest DUI courts in Michigan, so I did not have high expectations after receiving a Super DUI charge when blowing over a .20 upon arrest and having a serious ...prior alcohol charge on my record. He was knowledgeable regarding the law and the judge. He was able to give excellent advise to my son to optimiz...e sentencing. He was able to get the charges reduced to OWI which reduced license restrictions and penalties. Steve explained the options and explained all the things he was recommending.
