I interviewed several lawyers before meeting Mrs. Schanta. I was referred to her by a friend, and I always take referrals over just googling someone. Her professionalism mixed with her realist approach to her trade was what won me over. She always called me back. Her office was very communicative. Sh...e went to bat for me on more than one occasion, once, she actually told the records devision who was harassing me about paperwork we had already provided them, to never call me again and direct all calls to her office. Amazing. She worked her butt off on my case. She won’t BS you, won’t string you along, she’ll tell you how it is. She maxed out my case and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Unlike other larger firms, she’s a trial lawyer. She has no problem rolling the dice in court, and has the backbone to prove it. Most lawyers in her industry are lazy. Take the first deal on the table. I’ll tell you, NEVER take the first deal on the table. Honestly she came through on the 25th hour and locked it up like a pro. Don’t hesitate to call her. If you got a winnable case, she’ll do you solid.
