I did not have a good experience with Mike and am still bitter about it. He did work we did not agree to in writing and then expected me to pay for it. In the meantime, he did NOT do what WAS agreed to in writing. I didn't want to end up in court over it so I paid him. I rated him 2 stars instead o...f 1 because I don't think he was intentional about his error but he should've owned up to it and acknowledged he deviated from our written contract. This was a difficult time in my life made more difficult by someone who should've been helping me.
