Kirk Karamanian, an attorney to avoid.

Kirk started out sounding enthusiastic about my case. He felt confident that he could It became apparent that Kirk was not on my side. He was rude and get about $150,000. Over time, he whittled that down to $125,000, $100,000, $75,000 and finally, $50,000. He set a court date one month before I got m...y final medical revue for disability rating. This oversight cost me a crucial finding that my case hinged on. When I questioned this, or anything else for that matter, he got angry and condescending. I asked for things to be included in the negotiations, and he wouldn't listen or believe me. In the end, I got a take it or leave it offer that I had no choice but to accept. After the agreement was sent to me to sign, I never heard from him again. Avoid this attorney. He did not represent my interests.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
