Biography
Dennis O'Bryan is the owner and lead trial lawyer of O'Bryan, Baun, Karamanian. He is certified as a Proctor in Admiralty. With over a century of experience in admiralty law combined, the team is solely dedicated to providing nation-wide legal support to injured individuals, whether merchant mariners or pleasure boaters. For over 35 years, he has tried cases in New York, Kentucky, Ohio, Texas, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Illinois, Oregon, Michigan, Iowa, California, Washington, and many other districts. He is admitted to federal courts all over the country.
Mr. O'Bryan is also admitted to try cases in the higher courts, including the Supreme Court of the U.S., 3rd Circuit, 4th Circuit, 5th Circuit, 6th Circuit, 7th Circuit, 8th Circuit, 9th Circuit, and 10th Circuit.
Mr. O'Bryan is a 1975 graduate from the University of Michigan, and from the 1979 Detroit College of Law. He is married with seven children and, on his spare time, enjoys boating, motorcycling, and playing bass guitar.
As an experienced Maritime/Admiralty trial attorney with a winning record, Mr. O'Bryan continues to vigorously fight for seamen's rights all over the United States and bring shipowners to justice.
