I wish I could put 0 stars. This scum bag owns rental properties in this area (Toth properties LLC) and does nothing but scam the low income tenants. Beware of this incompetent slumlord.

DO NOT HIRE!! this is the biggest mistake you will ever make. he will not do anything for you. he pushed my court dates back then withdrew as my attourney. then sent me a bill for $1000 then a second for $1500 after he did nothing DO NOT HIRE! he will TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!
