I wish I could put 0 stars. This scum bag owns rental properties in this area (Toth properties LLC) and does nothing but scam the low income tenants. Beware of this incompetent slumlord.

Avoid this man at all costs
I wish I could give negative stars. He owns rental properties in my hometown. My husband and I rented from him for 3 years. The whole 3 years, anytime there was an issue we were ignored.
