My client faced revocation of her probation on a felony drug charge. By tallying up her "earned compliance credits" while on probation, I argued unsuccessfully before the trial court that she should ha ... ve been discharged prior to the initiation of revocation proceedings. We sought a writ of prohibition and lost initially in the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. We petitioned for the writ in the Missouri Supreme Court and argued the case in October 2018.
