Charles Francis Hear

I hire Mr Hear to stop an individual from harassing me each time I try to visit my recreation property. The individual harassing me has a protection order filed by me against him. Charles filed a contempt charge and we received a court date. Before the date 2 more significant events had occurred and ...all was documented with pictures and handed to Charles. The day of court Mr Hear was about 30 seconds into his opening statement when the judge shut him down and started explaining what he did wrong and why we should be there. This flustered Mr Hear causing him to speak out of turn causing the judge to start yelling. Mr Hear then allowed the judge to send us home without presenting the new evidence. When asked why the evidence wasn't provided, he replied "I DONT KNOW" This was a very embarrassing AND expensive lesson for a crippled senior veteran on a fixed income. Its been 44 hours since I walked out of that courthouse and I still am very upset with this.
