John Randall Himes

Mr. Hines called my husband and me liars in front of opposing counsel. We gave him every receipt for our up to current payment on our house. He then carried them around in his cardboard box. He said we never gave him the proof we were making our payments, therefore we were lying about paying our hou...se payments. We tried to explain he must of lost them. He called us liars and turned to mortgage company's attorney and called us liars again. Thankfully we had our end of year tax statement sent from mortgage company proving that we had made every payment. We gave that statement to opposing attorney because our attorney Mr. Himes wouldn't listen to us. Opposing attorney then told our attorney Mr. Himes that we were not liars that we were actually telling the truth. Needless to say we won our case. Only because of the kindness of opposing counsel. Mr. Himes never apologized. Es
