I have personally hired TC for three extremely different types of law and in all three instances, he was very knowledgeable regarding each circumstance. TC has done great work for me regarding child support, criminal law and a trust agreement. In each case, he was always available for communication... and his fees in my opinion, were extremely fair. Most of the time, a client would have to hire three different lawyers for these types of cases. And we know how costly that can become. I would highly recommend hiring TC for any type of legal representation. He is very knowledgeable about all types of law.

Mr. Clary came very highly recommended to us when we had a bad builder. He helped us secure all the professional inspections needed for court and to organize the material. After receiving a threat of bankruptcy from the opposed side, I was able to secure a few things that he was able to use for our ...case. I gave four stars instead of five because I do wish he was more aggressive in the fight for the client, but still glad I hired him. I would suggest keeping all of your materials organized and duplicated. Exhausted after a more than two year battle and ready to give up, Mr. Clary did a great job keeping me motivated. The outcome for our case was satisfactory and settled out of court . I am a satisfied client!

very ineffective, while in court, judge asked " are you serious" and laughed to one of the things he brought up. Very subservient to the city attorney and other lawyers in general. The only fight I saw in him was when he wanted to fight with me about why he wasn't going to win our case and why I wa...s wrong as well as the court of public opinion. Nice guy, just not a results getter.
