This lawyer is absolutely horrible, he took my 3000$ for a modification assured me he would fight for my brother, he was very hard to get ahold of 90 percent of the time leaving message after message then when he finally did answer gave me the run around about what he had been working on the whole ti...me, then we laid out a plan to actually file for the mod on a certain date, because you can only file a couple times period, and he filed that same day and didn't enter in the paperwork most of the key information that we wanted entered and said he filed by mistake, then literally never answered my messages or calls again!! For months I tried getting ahold of him.

John did not have a genuine concern of goodwill for my future. Apathy is indifference or lack of interest and a “i don’t care” attitude. This was John’s disposition most of the time, and he harmed me greatly in the end. I am being kind, and i don’t wish to bring dishonor to him or his profession — ...but if you hire him, set expectations and hold him accountable. And be careful what you say to him, he may use it against you for his own self-preservation.
