Joshua Andrew Claybourn

I am an attorney with Jackson Kelly PLLC in the firm’s Evansville, Indiana, office concentrating in the areas of business and corporate law, health law, and municipal law. I have extensive experience providing solutions-oriented advice on a wide range of legal issues, including complex commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.

I have also provided counsel for municipalities and local government units in a broad spectrum of matters concerning public and private finance, land use, economic development, and compliance. Prior to joining the firm I spent six years working in-house with a large publicly traded energy holding company. As a result I have extensive experience with municipal and utility matters before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission in numerous complaint cases, rulemakings, and other proceedings. I am admitted to the Indiana state bar, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.
