Using a collaborative process, I was able to work with a family to set a plan in place to provide for the care and needs of their loved one. In the process, decision makers were set in place for the f ... uture needs of the client. While ensure the clients ongoing needs were met, we protected the assets that were earned and saved over a lifetime from being paid out for long-term care by ensuring eligibility for assistance was met by the client.
